Our Headache blend has been naturally formulated using a unique aromatherapeutic formulation of pure essential oils to help you find relief.

How to Use Headache Essential Oil
INHALE - For portable use, put a few drops of oil on a tissue or on an aromatherapy bracelet or necklace

HOME - Add up to 5 drops to an oil burner or diffuser

BATH - Add up to 5 drops of oil to the running water to help you inhale the vapours as you soak in the bath

MASSAGE - Dilute the oil first with a carrier oil (Camellia). Use about 5 drops of essential oil to every 10 ml of carrier oil then massage into shoulders and back to reduce tension

Precaution
Store out of direct sunlight, safely out of reach of children. Store below 30 degrees. Seek medical advice if you are pregnant. Not to be ingested.
