How to Use Indulged Essential Oil
INHALE - Put a few drops of oil on a tissue to carry with you through the day if you need to take five minutes to unwind
HOME - Add up to 5 drops to an oil burner or diffuser, place in your favourite space then close your eyes and relax
BATH - Add up to 5 drops of oil to the running water to help you inhale the vapours as you soak in the bath
MASSAGE - Dilute the oil first with a carrier oil (Camellia). Use about 5 drops of essential oil to every 10 ml of carrier oil then massage into your body to stimulate your nervous system and slow your breathing to inhale the beautiful fragrances
