How to Use Energise Essential Oil
INHALE - Put a few drops of oil on a tissue to assist during the day if you are feeling tired or apply a few drops to your gym towel to keep your feeling refreshed during your workout
HOME - Add up to 5 drops to an oil burner or diffuser, place in your living room or office to enhance the areas you frequent most
BATH - Add up to 5 drops of oil to the running water to help you inhale the vapours as you soak in the bath
MASSAGE - Dilute the oil first with a carrier oil (Camellia). Use about 5 drops of essential oil to every 10 ml of carrier oil then massage into your body to stimulate your nervous system
